A luxurious villa in the hills of Assisi, Casa Fè has sweeping views throughout the Umbrian valley from Spoleto to Perugia. Modern, minimal, and chic style, this exclusive property is a guarantee of comfort and privacy for its guests. With its 350 square meters of high-design rooms, Casa Fè can accommodate up to 10 guests in its refined suites which are in fact apartments. Each suite has a living room, one or two bathrooms, and a retractable kitchenette. The large fixed and sliding windows separate the outdoor rooms, porch, and garden from the spacious lounge, consisting of a TV area, sofa, dining table, billiard area, and fully equipped kitchen. Equipped for outdoor living, this villa offers a fantastic infinity pool with panoramic views of the valley and loungers for relaxation. A terrace in the suites on the first floor, an outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven, and an additional barbecue are included and a dining table under the porch for summer convivial moments. From the villa, you can reach the old town of the medieval city of Assisi in a matter of minutes (1.5 km).

The master bedroom (queen) has an en suite bathroom with a side-bed shower and a built-in steam room and a terrace.

The first level features the master bedroom (queen) a bathroom with a double jacuzzi hot tub, and a built-in steam room.Â

FIRST LEVEL
The large master bedroom (queen) is located on the first level and features a panoramic terrace, a bathroom with a side whirlpool and a built-in steam room.
A side room with a sofa is also included on this floor and features another bathroom with shower and side hot tubs, and an exit to the balcony.
Since 1973 the City of Perugia has hosted The Umbria Jazz Festival every July. Now a world renowned event, the festival is a must for music lovers and features some of the biggest names of the genre.
Begun in 1228, The Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi is a beautiful example of Romanesque architecture. The church features frescoes by some of Italy's most famous artists and has been named a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Travel one of the four official wine routes through Umbria and discover why the region is home to some of the best vineyards in the country. Don't forgot to include Tenute Lunelli Estate where you will be amazed at the renowned cellar designed by the famous artist Pomodoro.
Every May 15th since 1160 Gubbio has hosted the Corsa dei Ceri. Three teams, each representing a particular saint and carrying an enormous wooden candle, race from the town square to a nearby mountain top. Thousands line the route every year to cheer on the competitors and take part in the festivities that follow.
After over-indulging in the gastronomic delights of Umbria, a trip to The Marmone Waterfalls may be the perfect excursion. Cycle or hike around the falls that tumble 165 meters to the lush valley below. Forested and serene, the area is the ultimate getaway.
For 60 years The Festival of the Two Worlds, in Spoleto, has become a popular event featuring opera, drama and dance. Fans crowd the streets to take in the vast array of performances that take place through June and early July.
