Villa Molunat

from Latest Additions CollectionLaunch Gallery

A Mediterranean Gem

Nestled along the western shores of Molunat Bay, just a stone's throw from the fabled city of Dubrovnik, Villa Molunat sprawls across 11 acres embraced by a blend of untamed nature and carefully tended greenery. The Provencal-style kitchen, spacious and fully equipped, features oakwood and terracotta accents, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Spread across multiple levels, two generous terraces, three balconies, and a pool-surrounding terrace offer a choice between basking in the Adriatic sun or indulging in quiet reverie beneath the cooling shade of the surrounding trees. With a façade painted in the warm ochre tones reminiscent of Tuscany, Villa Molunat exudes an unmistakable rustic charm.
