Tour 8 beautiful Caribbean villas

Category: Activities & Experiences | 01.2.2019

Earlier this month, two of our team members went to explore our villas in Jamaica and Turks and Caicos, two of the must-see destinations in the Caribbean. Whether you’re into eating your way through the amazing flavours of Jamaica, playing a round of golf with ocean views, or kite boarding in the turquoise waters of Turks & Caicos, we’re here to show you some amazing luxury accommodation and tour 8 beautiful Caribbean villas for your next trip to the Caribbean.

The land of reggae music, delicious food and friendly locals instantly puts you in vacation mode. We stayed in Montego Bay, the energy hub of Jamaica with endless things to do, and home to many of our exclusive villas.

The Rose Hall Estate features the most famous great house in Jamaica, The Rose Hall Great House. This house is one of Jamaica’s most historic plantation homes, built in the 1770’s and offers rich history, beautiful gardens and two championship golf courses. Villa Tek Time is located within this exclusive estate.

Tek Time is a 5-bedroom villa overlooking the 12th hole on the Cinnamon Hill Golf Course and is just a few minutes from the estates beach club. If you’re into golf and looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you. It offers a pool, bar, a quaint gazebo and lush greenery and comes complete with an amazing team of staff to make sure your stay is perfect.

A short 5-minute drive down the road and next up on our Jamaican tour is the fabulous Half Moon Resort. As soon as you enter this resort, you instantly get a sense of luxury and tranquility. It’s no surprise this resort has hosted Jackie O, The Queen of England, and Prince Harry, just to name a few.

Set over 400 acres of beautifully manicured grounds, the expansive Half Moon Resort offers villas conveniently tucked away from the main resort facility. This allows for utmost privacy, while retaining all the amenities and benefits of a luxury resort. We offer both 5 and 6 bedroom villas, each with a full staff including your own butler, housekeeper and cook.

Enjoy lounging on the sandy beach, spend a day at the award-wining spa, play a round of golf or a game of tennis, or check out the equestrian centre and go horse-back riding along the beach.

A 90-minute drive down the A1 brought us to the north coast of Jamaica, Ocho Rios. This former fishing village is a frequent docking station for cruise ships and is home to the famous Blue Hole, Dunn’s River Falls and Mahogany Beach.

After our visit, we were off to Kingston to hop on our short flight to the beautiful island of Turks and Caicos. In just over an hour, we descended in to white sandy beaches, turquoise waters and sunny blue skies in Providenciales.

We were instantly amazed by our first stop in our Turks and Caicos tour at The Shore Club. This exclusive resort stretches out over Long Bay Beach, one of the most sought-after stretches of white sandy beaches in all of Providenciales.

Our 6 bedroom beachfront villa is truly paradise. It’s perfectly situated to ensure privacy and includes everything you can think of if you don’t want to leave your private oasis. Even a section of the beach is all yours, and is set up with beach chairs each morning by the villa staff. You can enjoy watching kite boarders riding the wind past your villa throughout the day or take a short walk to find spas, four resort pools, restaurants and more.

Next up on our Caribbean tour we took a small island hopper aircraft for a short 20-minute flight to visit our two villas in South Caicos on the SailRock resort. After landing in South Caicos you’re immediately confronted by the untouched nature of this island. With an approximate population of 1,400 residents, this is the place to be if you’re looking for a remote, get-away-from-it-all, retreat.

Once we arrived at SailRock, we were greeted with a signature cocktail and took in the panoramic views of the ocean. Both the three and four bedroom villas here offer almost 6,000 sq. ft. of living space and 2.4km of uninterrupted beachfront, making this the perfect place for a private getaway with family or friends.

At SailRock, you’re just a short boat-ride away from beautiful coral reefs, whale watching, kite boarding, conch diving, and scuba diving, just to name a few. This serene island truly feels like your very own piece of Caribbean paradise.

Grace Bay Club’s exclusive private villa collection was the final stop on our tour. Here we saw two of the most desirable villas in our lineup.

First up was La Dolce Vita, and it did not disappoint. As soon as we entered we started imagining the amazing gatherings we could have in this opulent villa, sitting right on the shore of Provo’s Long Bay Beach. It stretches out over more than 12,300 sq. ft. and offers more than 430 feet of beachfront.

This villa has more than enough room to host up to 18 guests in three separate living spaces: the main house, the guesthouse and the cottage. It features a total of 9 bedrooms, two oceanfront pools, two hot tubs and amazing outdoor fireplaces to light up the night.

The Residences has a similar modern design to La Dolce Vita but caters to smaller groups with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. This villa offers all of the amenities of a luxury resort in the comfort of your own home. It includes three quarter of an acre of pristine, private beachfront, a hot tub and pool deck.

If you’re into getting active on your holiday, both of these villas are close to kite surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving and the famous Provo Golf Club.

We came back from Jamaica and Turks and Caicos convinced that if you’re looking for your next vacation destination, these luxury villas are the place to stay. We’re excited to have had the opportunity to visit these exclusive spaces so you can see for yourself how amazing these villas truly are, compare your favourites, and find the perfect match for your next getaway.
