A path through the grounds leads to the beach, where there is a private area for guests, equipped with beach umbrellas and sunloungers. With access via an automatic gate, the private drive leads to the villa, through beautiful grounds. It is one of the most peaceful properties in the area, with spectacular views of the coastline with a mountain backdrop.
