The filmmaker liked the home so much he lived in it for nearly 20 years. Today, terracotta roofs, stacked-stone walls and naturally landscaped grounds, accented by a courtyard fountain, evoke a European villa. Wander through the desert gardens, relax under the custom-built pergola, or soak up the sun in a poolside lounger. On cool evenings, gather with friends for stargazing around the mountainside firepit.
