Villa Helios

from Latest Additions CollectionLaunch Gallery

Nestled gracefully on a lush hillside in Kalafatis, a mere 600 meters from the enchanting Agia Anna beach, Villa Helios draws inspiration from the distinctive architectural elements of Mykonos. Crafted with stone sourced from the island itself, the design faithfully mirrors the charm of Mykonos town. The exquisite villa is thoughtfully designed to invite the surrounding beauty of the sky and sea into every space. The gardens echo the traditional Mykonos courtyards, adorned with indigenous flowers and herbs that infuse an authentic ambiance. Inside, the rooms are tastefully adorned with island-chic touches, featuring a palette of light beige hues that reflect the sun-kissed allure of the Aegean islands. In addition, four of the bedrooms have fully equipped kitchens. Outdoors, guests can relax by the infinity swimming pool, or come together for open-air dining, all while savouring breathtaking views.

Events & Places

The Windmills in Chora

Some of the island’s most famous landmarks, they used to be found all over but now only 7 remain. The most famous ones are the Kato Myloi (lower windmills) that stand on a hill, facing the sea, in Chora. The view from up there is incredible.

Have a Drink in Little Venice

This neighbourhood of colourful houses built on the edge of the sea is as picture-perfect as they come. Named for its resemblance to the Italian city, it is home to elegant bars and restaurants, and a great place to watch the sun go down.

Mykonos Town

It’s so easy to lose yourself in the town’s many winding alleys full of white houses, blue doors and window boxes full of lush pink bougainvilleas. The area of Matogiania has many chic shops and trendy bars.

Wine-tasting

Head out to the country and pay a visit to Mykonos Vioma Organic Farm for a lovely afternoon sampling the farm’s own organic wine, coupled with tasty traditional treats, including cheeses, hams and more.

Out on the town

This island is known for its nightlife. Start the evening by watching the sun go down in Little Venice before making your way to the legendary Scandinavian bar, the gay-friendly Jackie O, or one of the famous beach bars like Nammos.

For Kids

Meet Petros the Pelican

As you wander around town, your family might just encounter this friendly and sociable fabled island resident. A wounded bird adopted by a local in the 1950s, he was – and still is, through his successors – the beloved mascot of Mykonos.

Visit a farm

For a break from the beach, arrange a visit to a local farm where your kids will enjoy meeting the animals and learning about and experiencing local life. This is a great interactive experience you will also love.

The Archaeological Site of Delos

This UNESCO World Heritage Site is considered one of the most important archaeological sites in Greece. Travel there by boat, which you can arrange from Mykonos old harbour.

Hit the beach

The beaches of Mykonos are famous for their golden sand and clear waters, and while the island is known for its parties, there are many beaches that are perfect for a family outing – Kalo Livadi and Lia, among them.

Bicycle tour

If your family likes to explore by bicycle, local outfitter Yummy Pedals offers a wide array of bike tour options for every level of cyclist. Explore towns, beaches, and the countryside as you go.
