Surrounded by olive groves and sweeping views of the surrounding hills and valley, your Umbria vacation villa invites you into a truly Italian home where artistic flair and skilled craftsmanship combine the best of the old with the practicality of the new. Traditional tiled floors, beamed ceilings and mellow country antiques are complemented by more recent examples of artisanal skill, like the cabinet that houses the wide-screen plasma TV, and the whimsical bookcase shaped like a tree.
Another inspired addition is the long glassed-in portico with a handsome rustic table where up to 12 people can dine amid the wrap-around views of these superb surroundings. A tiled wood-burning stove makes this space comfortable all year round, as does the fireplace and plush furniture in the cozy sitting room. The dining room and well-equipped kitchen complete this floor and ensure that many a sumptuous meal will be enjoyed. The gem of Casale Armonia is the guest house — the perfect getaway for two couples or a couple with two children (can be rented on its own in the off season).
