Four bedrooms sleep 8 guests. Ground floor: Bedroom 1, Master (king, 70") with AC, en suite with large walk-in shower, tub, double sinks and bidet; Bedroom 2 (queen, 67"), with AC, en suite with shower and bidet. Second floor: Bedroom 3 (queen, 67") with AC, bathroom across the hall with shower, double sink and bidet; Bedroom 4 (2 twins, 35", cannot be joined) with AC, bathroom next door with shower, Jacuzzi tub, double sinks and bidet.

Living Space

A grand living/dining area with beamed ceiling and large open fireplace on the upper floor surrounded by large windows. The inlaid wood dining table seats comfortably 10 to 14. The modern kitchen is very well-equipped and makes a natural gathering point that leads directly out to the large pergola for outdoor dining.

Outdoors

Three terraces: the first, at the entrance with sitting area and spectacular view; the second with large pergola in the upper gardens with sitting and dining area equipped with Tuscan barbeque, marble counter and sink; the third, adjacent to the infinity pool (5x15m) with sitting area as well as covered outdoor dining area. A vineyard, fruit and olive orchards, and several herbs available seasonally.
