Master Bedroom 1 (queen, 63") with dressing room and en suite bathroom (double sinks, tub, separate shower); bedroom 2 (double, 55") with private bathroom (tub); bedroom 3 (queen, 63"), bedroom 4 (twins only, 35"), and upstairs childrens rooms under the eaves: bedroom 5 (double, 55") & bedroom 6 (double, 55"), all sharing one bathroom (tub). Third floor: bedroom 7 (queen, 63") with private balcony, en suite bathroom (tub), and adjacent study. In studio annex across courtyard, bedroom 8 (queen, 63") with kitchenette, sitting area & en suite bathroom (shower).

Living Space

Bright, contemporary eat-in kitchen, ground floor dining room. Large second floor living/dining room with grand piano, wrap-around windows and a spacious terrace.

Outdoors

Large private grounds with carefully tended gardens and duck pond; new swimming pool; outdoor dining area; horse stable and riding corral with two horses (for experienced riders). Private riding instruction and additional horses upon request at extra charge.

QUIRKS: This house is not ideal for families with small children. Specifically there are low-charge electric fences on the grounds to manage the animals; there are open staircases and an open mezzanine, and there is a display of fragile glass objects. We can, however, request family use from the owner.
