Set on a grand park estate in the much sought-after plains to the east of Girona, Casa Vinya takes its name from the vines surrounding the property. The main house is elegant and traditional at the same time, exuding an understated style that is certain to draw you in and make you feel instantly at ease.

The long, vaulted hallway in the front entrance provides hints of Catalonia's past. The spacious living and dining rooms and well-equipped chef's kitchen provide plenty of opportunities for lingering with loved ones over a home-cooked meal, while the sunlit dining room seats up to 24 guests, making it ideal for special occaions. A cook is included with the house.

The upper floor boasts five bedrooms and a grand central room with beautifully painted arched ceilings -- typical of Catalan architecture. For additional capactiy, a studio building with two en suite bedrooms can be added, providing space and privacy for a large group of family or friends.

The property can be used in several configurations of the main house (8 bedrooms) and guest house (2 bedrooms - available upon special request), allowing for ultimate flexibility.
