Stylish villa amidst the rolling hills of Tuscany

From its superb position on the crest of a Tuscan hill, this classic, 18th Century villa has commanding 360° views over the Val di Chiana from Montepulciano to Cortona. Its surrounding 3 hectares of olive groves and vineyards assure you of privacy, while filling the air with quintessentially Tuscan aromas.

Lovingly restored in recent years to create a colorful and comfortable home, Casa Passerini welcomes you with spacious living areas that open onto the superb gardens and two elegant pools. The designer kitchen is extremely well-equipped and you can enjoy your culinary creations at the massive dining table or on the shaded terrace just outside. Each bedroom has its own stylish bathroom -- designed with typical Italian flair -- and boasts fabulous views of the surrounding countryside.

Though secluded at the heart of its own estate, Casa Passerini is only 5 minutes by car from the small villages of Cignano and Centoia where you can have a coffee, while just up the road is Cortona -- a delightful town full of art, museums, winding cobblestone streets and an Etruscan archeological heritage. Within an hour's drive, you can visit Arezzo, Siena and the famous wine villages around Montepulciano and Montalcino, or venture into Umbria to Perugia and Assisi. Florence is just over an hour away and at the end of the day, there is always the peace and quiet of this luxurious property to come home to.
