As with all grand houses of the period, the main living areas of the villa are on the second floor. These include the kitchen and dining room, and the plush sitting room opening onto the balcony overlooking the harbor. Two of the bedrooms are conveniently on this level, with the other three on the top floor. Most of your time will probably be spent in the multi-level courtyard garden, shaded by lemon trees and jasmine, where you can relax in comfortable sofas, dine in shade or candlelight, or choose a spot to sunbathe.
On one side of it is the indoor pool, with glass doors that can open or close to suit the weather. Before or after your dip you can take the stairway down to the basement (street) level, where the original cellars and workrooms have been converted to provide a pampering suite of sauna, Jacuzzi and massage room. There is also a well stocked wine cellar, as the villa owners produce some of the finest wines in Croatia, so you will be able to make your selection from the best.
